Diprolene AF Cream is indicated for relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in patients 13 years and older. Diprolene (Betamethasone) is used to treat the itching, redness, dryness, crusting, scaling, inflammation, and discomfort of various skin conditions. How To Use Diprolene AF Cream
Apply a thin film of Diprolene AF Cream to the affected skin areas once or twice daily. Treatment with Diprolene AF Cream should be limited to 45 g per week.
Diprolene AF Cream Precautions
Diprolene AF Cream is to be used as directed by the physician and should not be used longer than the prescribed time period. Diprolene AF Cream is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use Diprolene AF Cream for any disorder other than that for which it was prescribed. The treated skin area should not be bandaged or otherwise covered or wrapped as to be occlusive.
Missed Diprolene AF Cream Dose
If you miss a Diprolene AF Cream dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time for the next Diprolene AF Cream dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the Diprolene AF Cream dose to catch up.
Diprolene AF Cream Side Effects
Adverse reactions reported to be possibly or probably related to treatment with Diprolene AF Cream during a pediatric clinical study include signs of skin atrophy (telangiectasia, bruising, shininess).

Diprolene AF Cream Overdose
Topically applied Diprolene AF can be absorbed in sufficient amounts to produce systemic effects. Seek emergency medical attention if an overdose is suspected.
